Bringing Your Event to Life

Submit your request to Eventista through our contact form.
Step 2
We will respond within 1 business day and schedule a consultation to discuss your event vision, goals, budget, and timeline.
Step 3
Eventista will create a customized proposal tailored to the details provided during consultation. Prospective clients will have 7 business days to review proposal and sign a contract. A 50% deposit will be required to initiate the planning process.
Step 4
This is where the creative fun begins! Eventista will schedule a kick-off call to brainstorm and visualize your event from start to finish.
Step 5
We will maintain regular communication on a mutually agreed schedule leading up to the event. However, we are always available for brief check-ins and any necessary changes along the way.
